The Wish of Inheritance needs to be so pricy that a player would choose to pass on that raid item and just try a different day on the character that actually needs it than to take the raid item, with no intention of using it on that character, just because he knows he can affordably transfer the item to an alt later. If everyone was rolling on everything because they were trying to dress every alt they own, it would be even harder than it is now to get desirable raid items. The entire point of bound to character equipment is so you have a chance of getting the item when you raid. The 'excessive' pricing is both important and desirable.
